physical exercise benefits your mentaL health through relieving stress
We approached the importance of managing stress through hosting throwback Thursday, days in which students were asked to participate in games played in our adolescent years. Some examples being tag, sharks and minnows, and charades. This way students were able to relieve stress and also relive their childhood.

Altogether we hosted 5 different Throwback Thursdays and were able to collaborate with the Neighborhood Youth Association, a local non-profit in Venice that helps low-income students on their journey to higher education. We donated and created a book of activities as well as hula hoops for the students to use. We overall worked with 72 students during Throwback Thursdays.
